I earned seven promotions in just seven and a half years at one of the world’s largest financial institutions—not just because I worked hard, but because I learned how to lead with confidence, think strategically, and build the right relationships to drive measurable results.

Since then, I’ve held leadership roles at Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, Operation HOPE, Endeavor Atlanta, and most recently at Black Innovation Alliance—where I raised millions, led national initiatives, exceeded sales goals and worked directly with leaders scaling impact-focused companies and ecosystems.

In 2019, I launched a fintech company focused on helping women and underserved communities shift their mindset around money and step confidently into high-earning careers.
